BEWARE!!! This is an extremely poor hotel, advertised as 3* but in reality it’s a 1*. The only positive is the location. That’s it. Also I used AGODA as a booking agent. The photos make it look good. It’s basically situated between 2 disused buildings. I had booked for 6 nights at a cost of around 25 000 TBH. So not cheap. The first room I was put in was horrendous. I stayed in it just 1 night as I didn’t want to complain. The view was a wall and broken awnings. The sliding door couldn’t close properly so all sort of insects easily got through. The beading from the windows were hanging out. The curtains were dirty and old. The room had loads of broken features. The headboard was completely loose and had exposed wiring. The beds were just awful. The shower had no hot water on arrival. The bathroom basin was chipped and cracked. There’s was missing tiles and grout. The rooftop swimming pool is used by no one. There are no umbrellas and the plastic sun loungers are old. Once I complained about the room, the duty manager and 2 other staff came to the room and it was taken out of service! It was that bad. I complained to Agoda who offered me £67 in tokens. I declined as I would not be using them again. Eventually after many emails the £67 offer of compensation was returned to my card. I would like to add that the staff at the hotel are lovely and are in no way to blame for the poor facilities. The owners of this hotel need to invest some money because at the moment they are selling something that isn’t as advertised.

I'm pretty used to travelling and staying in hotels, having high expectations. I knew this wouldn't be luxury because of the price. When you island hop, luxury isn't always something you crave. However this hotel was excellent for our needs. Clean, comfortable, good beds, powerful shower, excellent air con, but more than that, the staff were exceptional! Made our stay so much fun, nothing was too much for them to do for you! Fun, kind, very helpful and humble. Can't wait to go back and see them all again, I left feeling like I was leaving family. Please go an experience this hotel if you're in Phuket!

Pictures are too good to be true

The pictures are too good to be true. The bar is nonexistent. There is no elevator to the pool floor, you have to take step. So if you are handicapped, this is not the hotel you want to stay. Our hot water didn’t work in the shower, they said it would be fixed, came back from excursions and still not fixed. Asked to change rooms, and they said all rooms are fixed. Going on 3 nights without hot water. The lady asked if we use hot water everyday? Of course we take hot showers everyday. The beds are hard as rocks. This is a hotel I would never recommend staying at.

The location is good. Nearby patong beach , massage centre and food joints. However before selecting this hotel be careful to take picture of the room before check in. Normally guest don't report before check in for any damage not impacting guest stay . This hotel take deposit first and later at the time of check out show that guest has damaged this piece and need to pay fine. That way guest are cheated and fooled. So be careful. Rest is fine. Rooms are average.

Big room, Great Service, Beautiful Pool and view, Great Staff, all is good. Next time if i visit Phuket, i prefer to stay here again, and pleasure to recommend this hotel to my friends, Although is far Bangla walking market a bit. But however is still good location.
